So today I am going to present as part of my writers’ group in a local library. This is an event with tickets (free) and everything!
Milngavie Week: An Evening with Strathkelvin Writer’s Group

Now I only have 4 minutes for my slot and have been busy writing poems over the last months. I have not shared them yet, as I was trying my hand in submitting to competitions but tbh this is not my cup of tea.
There are often rules that the poems are not permitted to have been shared before, or at least a significant amount of the poems. Some of the competitions are strict with formatting. And the feedback is basically: the winner is who we liked best–at least they were honest! So stay tuned I am going to publish the poems here as per usual over the summer.
