My Car

A friend and I had a discussion about, what it means to have a car, and even more so what the actual car means and symbolises. So I tried to show it. The featured image: I used long exposure of taillights one morning when walking into work, and the image below I took with my SLR about 17 years (OMG!) ago through a train window in Kyle of Lochalsh.

A big cat with a bit of writing underneath. By John Knowles revisited, reimagined, questioned …

Initially just for my series … because somehow I looked at the painting and thought: yeah that’s life.

But the warped reality eventually got to me.  Somehow still the cat in the painting is more real than the real cat so I merged them…to see what it does.
